This fall/winter season it’s all about metallic. After seeing the Yves Saint Laurent Metallic Belle du Jour Clutch on Net-A-Porter.com I became obsessed with metallic everything. Then I saw it priced at $725 not including sales tax and I was extremely bummed. Why do things have to cost so much?
Fortunately this past weekend I stumbled upon a vintage metallic clutch that I found at the Rose Bowl Flea Market for a fraction of the price. You wouldn’t even believe how much I spent on it if I told you. $10. YES, only ten American dollars. Now it’s no Yves Saint Laurent, but there’s something about finding adorable vintage pieces that makes me wonder… whose cute little clutch did this once belong to? Why isn’t it sitting on display in someone’s closet already? And I’m so extremely happy that I stumbled upon it for only $10!
