Hey everyone, as you all may know I’m in a new home now. Since moving I’ve been overwhelmed with a lot of chores… from moving to unpacking to getting furniture. It’s been a process and I can’t wait for it all to come together and document the process here on my blog. Since I’ve been so busy throughout the days I’ve made it a priority to make sure I eat breakfast to jumpstart my day. One of my favorite breakfast meals to make is a fresh fruit granola parfait. It’s easy and it’s filling. It’s the perfect meal to make before heading to work or a meeting and you can also serve these as a starter for Sunday brunch. So… here’s how to make it…
Ingredients:
- fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- half a cup of vanilla yogurt
- almond granola
- agave (optional)
Instructions
- Slice fruit and set it aside.
- Pour vanilla yogurt in a mason jar or cup, add granola.
- Top with fresh fruit and agave.
