I’m a huge advocate of supplements. I’ve always believed that what you consume internally really reflects on how you look externally. That’s why people take nad+ supplements to combat aging after all!But I also believe that no pill can compensate for a poor diet or lack of sleep so it is extremely important you eat your leafy greens and get at least 8 hours of sleep each day. With that being said, I do believe that a high-quality supplement can be an added bonus to a well balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Many of the supplements I will be talking about can be found at places like Chemist Direct if you’re interested in investing in some for yourself.
Here are the following beauty supplements that I take daily.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is extremely important to consume and can actually reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sun damage it’s no wonder why super models like Doutzen Kores take it also on a daily bases, and you also lather on a Vitamin C skin serum and it will help brighten up your complexion. If you think a vitamin C serum may benefit your skincare routine, check out the best vitamin c serum reviews to help you decide which serum to buy. If fighting wrinkles is one of your primary beauty concerns, you might also want to do some research into the rejuvenating effects of botox and other types of fillers. Cosmetic procedures, such as those offered by Dr. Jarrod Little, help people all over the world to feel better about their appearance and fight the signs of aging.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is the only nutrient made within your skin when you are exposed to the sun. Now more than ever it is important for women to to have an essential amount of Vitamin D. A lack of Vitamin D may contribute to depression, hormonal imbalances, and heart disease.
Biotin
Biotin is a popular vitamin for hair growth and skin. I’ve been taking this pill ever since I graduated high school and lots of people ask me how I get my hair to grow so quickly between cuts. My grandmother always told me to take this supplement and I’ve always loved following her natural beauty remedies and advice.
Vitamin E
This vitamin has also been recommend by my grandmother she used to tell me to pierce a vitamin E capsule and rub the oil all over my skin. The capsules are extremely moisturizing and help smooth scars. I also hear that it may reduce the appearance of stretch marks from pregnancies. I haven’t actually experienced being pregnant but I’m sure going to be giving it a try when I do decide to have my little baby of my own.
Omega-3 Fish Oil
Omega 3 helps heal the skin from the inside out. This supplement helps repair damaged cell membranes to make the skin more resilient to internal and external threats.
Those are all the supplements that I take an a daily basis with the exception of a few others that I rotate in and out of my daily regime. Do you take daily supplements?
