I can’t believe that we are already in our third week of January. The time is flying by. I’m kicking off my new year with a healthy start. One of the ways I’ve been doing that is by juicing. Since a friend of mine recommended I checked out sites like Juice Buff when I mentioned I wanted to start a juice cleanse, after reading a couple of reviews, I finally purchased a juicer and I love using it in the mornings to jump-start my day. There are so many nutritious benefits of juicing fresh fruits and vegetables and I want you to join in on the healthy fun! We simply LOVE Moringafi Green Juice. Not only does it taste better than most green juices out there, it is really high-quality mix. Still, you may want to make your own juice to supplement it, or just make a drink entirely from scratch. That’s fine too! If anything, it is part of the fun of your healthy living journey, isn’t it? So, in light of that we tried a bunch of different vegetables and fruits to come up with a mix we would love. Here is a recipe I use that is packed with vitamins. I’ll be sharing my juice combinations throughout the year so keep coming back for more!
Green Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of spinach
- 5 stocks of celery
- 2 medium green apples
Directions:
Juice the ingredients in the order listed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Serve immediately alone or over ice.
